Driven by a passion for the Gospel, Matthew J. Cochran is a father, author and dedicated Christ follower. Having served in the United States Marine Corp, he understands dedication, hard work and courage, traits he carries over to his daily life and his spiritual growth. In Ministry his focus has been on discipleship and disciple training, raising up individuals to faithfully walk with Christ, growing in their faith. This drive to raise up individuals for Kingdom work was what has would push him to pursue his Master of Arts in Religion with a Discipleship.

Understanding that the life of the Christian can, at times, be messy, Matt has a heart for those who have struggled. He knows that no matter how far someone has fallen, or how many times they have stumbled, they are never too far or too bruised that they can't be reached by God. Regardless of what they have faced, God still has a purpose for them.

With a deep-rooted interest in philosophy Matt can often be found reading the ancient Stoic philosophers when he isn't studying Scripture or the works of Spurgeon. When he's not doing that he can either be found working with Dads, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or enjoying his motorcycle.
